New principals who will take over in the original London production of The Phantom of the Opera, beginning Sept. 2, include Argentinian actor Gerónimo Rauch in the title role, Broadway actor Sean Palmer as Raoul and Claire Moore, the original alternate Christine, as Carlotta.
