ArtsBeat: K.D. Lang to Make Debut on Broadway by Allan Kozinn

The genre-crossing singer will star in "After Midnight," the musical about Harlem's legendary Cotton Club that opens at the Brook Atkinson Theater in October. The show is built around the music of Duke Ellington, performed by an ensemble directed by Wynton Marsalis.
