Injured Spider-Man Actor Daniel Curry Takes Legal Action Against Musical's Producers
Daniel Curry, the actor who sustained an onstage injury at the Aug. 15 performance of Spider-Man Turn Off the Dark — bringing the Broadway musical to a stop — has filed court papers to ensure that the lift, which played a part in the accident, is not altered until it is examined, according to the Daily News.
