Discount TKTS booth returns to South St. Seaport by Larry McShane

There's a Broadway encore coming to the South Street Seaport. The discount TKTS booth at Fulton and South Sts., shuttered nearly a year ago by Hurricane Sandy flooding, will reopen this coming Tuesday. The Theater Development Fund temporarily relocated the operation to another downtown location in July after eight months without a home.
