New Haven's Shubert Theater Sold to Connecticut Association for the Performing Arts by Michael Gioia

New Haven's Shubert Theater, which will celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2014, has been sold to the Connecticut Association for the Performing Arts (CAPA) for $1, as part of a plan to sustain the building and free the city of future financial obligations.
