Legendary Pictures Acquires Rights to Lombardi for Feature Film Based on Green Bay Packers Coach by Michael Gioia

Legendary Pictures will develop a film based on the life of Green Bay Packers head coach Vince Lombardi and has assembled a rights package with the Lombardi estate, Eric Simonson's Broadway play Lombardi and the book by David Marannis, "When Pride Still Mattered," on which the play was based, according to Deadline.com.
