American Billy Joins West End Cast of Billy Elliot the Musical by Mark Shenton

Mitchell Tobin, a 13-year-old from Florida, joins the West End company of Billy Elliot the Musical Dec. 9 to reprise the the title role that he previously played in the North American touring company.
