NBC Greenlights Jon Robin Baitz Miniseries "The Slap" and Oz-Themed Drama "Emerald City" by Michael Gioia

NBC has given the green light to "The Slap," an eight-episode miniseries adapted by Other Desert Cities playwright Jon Robin Baitz that is based on the 2011 Australian series of the same name, and an Oz-themed drama "Emerald City," according to Deadline.com.
