Kara Lindsay Will Play Final Performance in Disney's Newsies; Liana Hunt Will Succeed Original Star by Michael Gioia

Kara Lindsay, who originated the role of headstrong, female journalist Katherine Plumber in the hit Disney musical Newsies, will play her final performance Feb. 2 at the Nederlander Theatre, producers announced Jan. 31. Liana Hunt will graduate to the starring role.
