Set Designer Derek McLane Brings FOLLIES to the Oscars? by BroadwayWorld

During tonight's awards show, a certain flower backdrop was used, which looked an awful lot like that from FOLLIES' 'Loveland' number, Twitter users have pointed out. Famed set designer Derek McLane, who worked on the 2012 revival of the production, also happened to design the set for this year's Oscars. Coincidence Check out a photo to the left for reference
