As part of the NYMF opening ceremonies July 7, producers Jamie Bendell (A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder, The Performers, Heathers – The Musical) and Madeline Myers presented "Meeting Our Heroes" – an event which honors esteemed composers Stephen Flaherty, Michael John LaChiusa, Charles Strouse and John Bucchino at 7 PM at the Laurie Beechman Theater.
