Ambassadors Theatre, London: Director Ed Hughes gives his necessarily youthful reading of Macbeth for the National Youth Theatre an arresting opening that could have come straight out of the musical Cabaret, as an emcee-like, accordian-bearing character offers us a 'willkommen'.
