It's Only a Record Breaker; Terrence McNally Play Sets Box-Office Record by Michael Gioia

The star-studded Broadway production of the backstage comedy It's Only a Play, starring Nathan Lane and Matthew Broderick, has set the all-time box-office record at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre, producers Tom Kirdahy, Roy Furman and Ken Davenport announced Oct. 20.
