Seattle wig master has brush with fame

Joyce Degenfelder, a longtime Seattle hair, wig and makeup designer, is the recipient of this year's Gregory A. Falls Sustained Achievement Award for her work in local theater. You can see her work next at Seattle Rep's production of "All the Way."
