ArtsBeat: Shubert Organization to Complete Acquisition of New World Stages by Patrick Healy

The Shubert Organization, which owns 17 Broadway 40 theaters, is expected to complete a seven-figure deal Monday to take over the New World Stages, the Off Broadway complex of theaters on West 50th Street.
