Kennedy Center Honors Creator Ousted by Chairman by Michael Gioia

George Stevens Jr., who has produced the prestigious Kennedy Center Honors and CBS telecast since its inception in 1978, announced at the Dec. 7 ceremony that this would be his last year with the Honors.
