State and city officials lifted travel bans in New York and New Jersey the morning of Jan. 27 after only four-to-eight inches of snow fell across the New York City area. With the buses and subways scheduled to resume service by 9 AM, there is strong likelihood that Broadway and Off-Broadway productions will resume Tuesday evening.
