Ciara Rene Will Celebrate Lady Bosses, Including Judy Garland and Whitney Houston, in Concert by Michael Gioia

Ciara Renée, who starred on Broadway in Pippin and who has been cast as superhero Hawkgirl in The CW's "Flash"-"Arrow" spinoff, will make her 54 Below solo debut May 15.
