'An American in Paris' is co-leader for tops in Tony nominations with 12 by Sharon Eberson / Pittsburgh Post-Gazette

"An American in Paris," the new musical co-produced by Pittsburgh CLO leader Van Kaplan, and "Fun Home" led the way with 12 Tony Award nominations each, one ahead of "Something Rotten!," in a stacked category as nominees for the best of Broadway were announced this morning.
