"Smash" Showrunner at the Forefront of "Fame" Reboot for Lifetime by Michael Gioia

"Smash" showrunner Joshua Safran will pen the script for the A+E Studios and MGM Television reboot of "Fame," which has been picked up by Lifetime, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
