Brokeback Mountain Heads to West End Stage in 2016
The 10th anniversary year of the Oscar-winning film "Brokeback Mountain" is to be marked by the first-ever theatre adaptation of Annie Proulx's short story it was based on. Producer Tom O'Connell has acquired the stage rights, and a play adaptation is currently in development for a production that is planned to open in London in 2016.
