There can be few cultural places with more of a sense of anticipation than Hull, with 2017 just around the corner. The slogan "we know who we are" is on the station, the banners are flying and I was lucky enough to spend a day with creatives who are determined to make work of the highest standard for the people of Hull, now and into the future.
