Sarasota, Florida's Asolo Rep presented a sneak peek at "Josephine," a world-premiere musical bound for Broadway. Deborah Cox stars in the title role as the groundbreaking entertainer Josephine Baker. The musical takes place in Paris between 1939 and 1945 when Baker was a cabaret star, had an affair with a Swedish Crown Prince and served in the French Resistance.
