'Flash Festival,' fourth biennial hosted by the Chalk Repertory Theatre will run through October 22, 2016, at Los Angeles' St. John's Cathedral.The biennial will feature 15 LA playwrights to create a 10-minute play, utilizing 15 directors and performed by 15 teams of actors; 5 news plays performed each weekend over 3 weeks.
