Kevin Spacey to Start Theatre Academy in Middle East by Thomas Peter

Tony and Academy Award-winning actor Kevin Spacey announced plans to start a theatre arts academy in the Middle East in a press conference in Dubai Feb. 6, according to the New York Times.
