Kirkwood raises curtain on plans for new performing arts center by Mary Shapiro Special To The Post-Dispatch

City Council gave initial approval to plans to issue up to $25 million in bonds for a performing arts center to replace the city's Robert G. Reim Theater at the community center, at 111 South Geyer Road.
