By: Paulanne Simmons If Alfred Hitchcock had been Irish, and if he'd possessed a rascally sense of humor, he might have produced Hangmen. In the event, the play, now onstage at Atlantic Theater Company, directed by Matthew Dunster, was written by Martin McDonagh, who apparently took time off from writing the script of the award-winning Three Billboards Outside Ebbing Missouri to complete the task.
