Constance " review
King's Head, LondonIt would be lovely to be able to say that this play " billed by the King's Head as an unperformed play by Oscar Wilde " is a lost masterpiece. But if the proof of the pudding is in the eating, then Constance is almost entirely indigestible. Offered in a version that has been "reconstructed" and then "adapted" (the latter by Charles Osborne), it offers as good an example as any why unperformed works…
