Riccardo Muti Awarded $1 Million Birgit Nilsson Prize by Kate Taylor

Riccardo Muti, the music director of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, has won the $1 million Birgit Nilsson Prize for his "extraordinary contributions" to the music world.
