'American Idol' " Top 9 Overshadowed by Weirdness by Jon Caramanica

The most interesting performance on Wednesday's "American Idol" was by the guest consigliere, will.i.am, whose weirdness stole the show from the contestants singing songs by members of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
